  • Consultation via phone
  • 20" x 30" gallery-wrapped canvas
  • Professional-grade acrylic paint
  • Live painting of the newlyweds and venue elements
  • 2-3 hours of background painting before your chosen moment
  • 3-4 hours of live painting during the event
  • Additional studio hours for final touches
  • Hand-delivery within 1 hour of the Tampa Bay Area (shipping costs apply for further distances)
  • Ready-to-hang artwork

Travel Fee and Additional Details:

Travel Fee:

  • $1 per mile for travel beyond the first 50 miles
  • Airfare cost (if applicable)

Hotel Lodging (if applicable):

  • Overnight lodging cost for travel requiring an overnight stay

Additional Details:

  • A vendor meal is required the day of the event.
  • Payment is divided into two installments: a 50% deposit and the remaining balance due one month before the event.
  • Artwork can be picked up at our studio or delivered within 50 miles of Tampa, FL for free. Shipping is available for locations beyond this distance at an additional cost.
